At Philips Domestic Appliances, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the appliance you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.
Pack the Appliance
Place the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of the box, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
